The Role: Key Responsibilities

Assist senior lawyers on sophisticated commercial property matters, gaining exposure to landmark cases

Independently manage files: draft contracts, review titles, and prepare comprehensive client reports

Conduct and report on searches (local, index map, and others) ensuring thorough due diligence

Oversee exchange of contracts and provide strategic advice to clients throughout the transaction lifecycle

Deliver high-quality, proactive legal advice tailored to each client’s commercial objectives
What We’re Looking For

Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 4–5+ years’ PQE in commercial property

Proven track record of independently managing complex commercial property transactions within a UK law firm

Expertise in drafting, title review, and client reporting

Strong commercial acumen and ability to provide strategic, business-focused legal advice

Excellent communication and organisational skills
