Location: London (Office-based)

If you’re a Civil Litigation Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE and you want a role where you can run a strong caseload, sharpen your advocacy, and build real specialism in landlord & tenant and housing/property litigation, this is a standout opportunity with our client, a well-established London practice.

This is an office-based position in London, suited to someone who enjoys being close to the action, working directly with colleagues, and progressing in a structured environment with clear expectations.

The Role

You’ll handle a varied civil litigation caseload with a focus on landlord & tenant and housing/property disputes, including:
  • Housing litigation (possession claims, disrepair, injunctions where relevant)
  • Landlord & tenant disputes (residential and/or commercial depending on experience)
  • Property litigation matters (including contentious property issues)
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements and applications
  • Managing matters from instruction through to resolution, including negotiation and (where applicable) advocacy

What Our Client Is Looking For

To be considered, you’ll need:
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • 3+ years’ PQE in Civil Litigation (UK-qualified/UK practice experience)
  • Strong experience in landlord & tenant and housing/property litigation
  • Confident case management and the ability to run files with appropriate supervision
  • Solid technical drafting skills (statements of case, witness evidence, applications)
  • Professional, client-focused communication and good commercial judgement

Working Arrangements & Location

  • Location: London (specific office location shared at shortlist stage)
  • Working pattern: Office-based role
  • Supportive team environment with day-to-day collaboration and access to senior guidance

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £55,000–£75,000 (dependent on PQE and relevant litigation depth)
  • Bonus: Performance-related (details shared during process)
  • Pension: Workplace pension scheme
  • Development: Ongoing training and support with technical progression
  • Progression: Clear route to increased responsibility and seniority as you build specialism and performance
