Commercial Property Solicitor
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000
Location: York City Centre
Experience: 2+ years
A strong opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established Corporate and Commercial team within a leading Yorkshire law firm.
The Opportunity
This role offers a broad commercial property caseload, excellent client exposure, and the chance to develop your career within a supportive and inclusive environment. You will be trusted to take ownership of matters and work closely with colleagues across the wider corporate and commercial offering.
The Role
You will advise clients across the full spectrum of commercial property work, including:

Commercial acquisitions and disposals

Commercial leases and landlord and tenant matters

Property aspects of corporate transactions

Supporting colleagues within the wider corporate and commercial team

Building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of the department
What We’re Looking For
Essential
-
Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
-
Experience handling a range of commercial property matters
-
Strong drafting and negotiation skills

Confident, approachable manner with a client-focused approach

Ability to manage matters with good organisation and attention to detail
Desirable

Regular access to a car
-
Experience working closely with corporate and commercial teams
