  • Help shape a positive culture and support the development of team capability

Commercial Delivery

  • Play an active role in delivering revenue and profitability targets
  • Bring opportunities and new work into the wider group through strong client service and proactive relationship management

What We’re Looking For

To be considered, you should be able to demonstrate:
  • CTA qualified (or ACA / ACCA / CA with strong corporate tax focus)
  • Minimum 5–8+ years’ UK practice experience in Corporate Tax (or Mixed Tax with a strong corporate bias)
  • Experience operating at Manager / Senior Manager level (or ready to step into Senior Manager / Assistant Director scope)
  • Strong working knowledge of:
    • UK corporate tax compliance (including review and sign-off)
    • Tax advisory support (planning, structuring and technical problem-solving)
    • Technical research and interpretation of legislation
  • Evidence of leadership: reviewing work, coaching juniors, and supporting team performance
  • Strong client-facing skills, with the confidence to manage expectations and build long-term relationships
