Our client is a well-established accountancy practice with a varied portfolio and a reputation for developing people who want to progress.

  • Preparing audit working papers and documenting findings clearly
  • Testing controls and substantive testing across key audit areas
  • Supporting the preparation of accounts and audit completion files
  • Liaising with clients professionally during on-site visits and remotely
  • Working closely with Audit Seniors/Managers to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Developing your technical knowledge and progressing towards leading smaller audits

  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with accounts/audit software
  • Good communication skills and a professional approach with clients
  • A genuine interest in progressing into an Audit Senior role

Salary & benefits

  • £28,000–£35,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualification progress)
  • ACCA study support (including paid study leave and contribution towards exams/materials, where applicable)
