Audit Semi Senior (Part-Qualified ACCA)
Salary: £28,000–£35,000 DOE

The Role: What you’ll be doing
As an Audit Semi Senior, you’ll support the delivery of audit assignments and take ownership of key areas as your experience grows.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with audit planning and fieldwork across a range of clients
- Preparing audit working papers and documenting findings clearly
- Testing controls and substantive testing across key audit areas
- Supporting the preparation of accounts and audit completion files
- Liaising with clients professionally during on-site visits and remotely
- Working closely with Audit Seniors/Managers to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Developing your technical knowledge and progressing towards leading smaller audits
What our client is looking for
You’ll typically have:
- 2+ years’ UK accountancy practice experience with audit exposure
- Part-qualified ACCA (or ACA part-qualified also considered)
- Practical experience of audit fieldwork and producing working papers
- Understanding of UK auditing standards and compliance requirements
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with accounts/audit software
- Good communication skills and a professional approach with clients
- A genuine interest in progressing into an Audit Senior role
Location & working arrangements
- Sheffield (office-based with client site visits as required)
- Flexibility will be discussed during the process, with a focus on supporting team collaboration and audit delivery.
