Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 + Bonus

The Role: High-Impact, Client-Focused Work

As a Solicitor within the Major Trauma Services team, you will play a key role in supporting clients and their families through some of the most challenging periods of their lives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing your own caseload of personal injury and trauma-related claims
  • Supporting Partners and Senior Associates on complex, high-value cases
  • Building strong, empathetic relationships with clients and their families
  • Advising on rehabilitation, liability, and compensation strategies
  • Liaising with medical professionals, trauma centres, and external experts
  • Delivering a highly attentive and client-focused service
  • Supporting the development and mentoring of junior team members

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Qualified Solicitor or CILEx (England & Wales)
  • 2–4 years’ PQE in Personal Injury (flexibility for strong candidates with relevant experience)
  • Experience managing a personal injury caseload
  • Strong understanding of litigation processes and client care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work proactively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:

  • Exposure to serious injury or catastrophic injury claims
  • Experience working with vulnerable clients and complex cases
