Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 + Bonus

The Role: High-Impact, Client-Focused Work
As a Solicitor within the Major Trauma Services team, you will play a key role in supporting clients and their families through some of the most challenging periods of their lives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing your own caseload of personal injury and trauma-related claims
- Supporting Partners and Senior Associates on complex, high-value cases
- Building strong, empathetic relationships with clients and their families
- Advising on rehabilitation, liability, and compensation strategies
- Liaising with medical professionals, trauma centres, and external experts
- Delivering a highly attentive and client-focused service
- Supporting the development and mentoring of junior team members

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEx (England & Wales)
- 2–4 years’ PQE in Personal Injury (flexibility for strong candidates with relevant experience)
- Experience managing a personal injury caseload
- Strong understanding of litigation processes and client care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work proactively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Desirable:
- Exposure to serious injury or catastrophic injury claims
- Experience working with vulnerable clients and complex cases
