Salary: £45,000 – £65,000+ DOE

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

Managing a varied Private Client caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, tax planning, and powers of attorney

Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on complex estate matters

Building strong client relationships through clear, empathetic communication and a personalised approach

Contributing to business development and the ongoing success of the department
Requirements: What We’re Looking For
-
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3-6 years PQE
-
Recent Private Client experience gained within a UK law firm
-
Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, tax, and estate planning
-
STEP qualification (or working towards) highly desirable
-
Excellent communication and client care skills
-
Proactive, organised, and able to work independently

Working Arrangements & Location

Location: Tonbridge, Kent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
