About the Role

Position: Senior Associate – Property Litigation

Location: Central London office, with hybrid working (2–3 days in office per week)

Salary: £75,000–£90,000 (dependent on experience)

Team: Award-winning property litigation department handling commercial/residential landlord & tenant disputes, boundary issues, leasehold enfranchisement, and real estate litigation

Client Base: A mix of private clients, developers, landlords, and corporate occupiers
Key Responsibilities

Advise on a broad range of property litigation matters, including commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes

Manage complex cases from instruction through to resolution, including court hearings, mediations, and settlements

Draft legal documents, correspondence, and witness statements

Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development
Requirements
-
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with minimum 5 years’ PQE in property litigation
-
Proven experience in a recognised UK practice

Strong technical knowledge of landlord & tenant law, leasehold disputes, and real estate litigation
-
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
