The Opportunity: Shape the Future of Private Client Law
Key Responsibilities

Advise on a comprehensive range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, tax, and probate for UK and international clients

Independently manage a portfolio of high-value and complex files, with support from junior colleagues

Deliver tailored, strategic advice and foster strong, enduring client relationships

Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives

Mentor and supervise junior solicitors and trainees
Essential Requirements

Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in Private Client work within a UK law firm

Demonstrable experience managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients

Strong technical expertise in wills, trusts, estate administration, tax planning, and Court of Protection matters

STEP qualification (completed or in progress) highly desirable

Proven track record in business development and team leadership

Excellent communication and client management skills
