Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE)
Salary: £55,000 - £75,000+ DOE

The Opportunity
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload whilst working closely with colleagues and clients to deliver practical, commercially focused legal advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a broad caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to completion
- Advising clients on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, licences and related documentation
- Handling landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals and assignments
- Advising on property finance and secured lending transactions
- Supporting property development projects and investment acquisitions
- Conducting title investigations and due diligence exercises
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Assisting with business development and networking activities
- Ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Minimum 3 years' PQE within Commercial Property law
- Proven experience gained within a UK legal practice
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial property transactions
- Experience handling acquisitions, disposals, leases and landlord & tenant matters
- Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial awareness and client management abilities
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Desirable Experience
- Property development work
- Secured lending transactions
- Commercial investment property matters
- Experience with high-net-worth individuals or owner-managed businesses
- Business development and networking experience
- Mentoring or supervising junior team members
