Dispute Resolution Lawyer (Property Litigation) 

Hertford/Hybrid 

c.£45,000 - £65,000 DOE

About the Role

You will manage a diverse caseload, focusing on residential and commercial property disputes, contentious probate, contract disputes, and more. Working with both individual and corporate clients, you’ll handle claimant and defendant cases and contribute to the firm’s business development and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial property litigation.

• Providing strategic legal advice on contentious probate and contract disputes.

• Representing clients in both claimant and defendant roles.

• Contributing to business development and the firm’s marketing initiatives.

About You:

• 2+ years PQE in Property Litigation.

• Experience managing an independent caseload, with support from senior team members.

• Client-focused with a passion for business development.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and referrers.
