The Role

You will provide legal counsel to business owners, entrepreneurs, and corporate clients across diverse sectors.

Key responsibilities:

• Independently manage a diverse caseload of corporate and commercial matters

• Collaborate with senior team members on intricate transactions

• Deliver practical and strategic legal solutions to clients

• Actively participate in business development and networking initiatives

• Handle matters including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, and corporate restructurings

About you

• Qualified solicitor with approximately 3+ years’ PQE in corporate and commercial law (flexibility considered for exceptional candidates)

• Proven experience in managing client relationships effectively

• Proactive and self-motivated with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services
