Commercial Litigation Solicitor – Harrogate

An exceptional opportunity to join a Market Leading litigation team.

Our client, a highly regarded and nationally recognised law firm based in Harrogate, is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its Litigation Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with around 4-5 years PQE (flexible) who is looking to take the next step in their career and work on high-profile and complex cases within a supportive, ambitious, and modern firm.

About the Role:

You will handle a diverse and stimulating caseload, working alongside a respected team with significant expertise in all areas of dispute resolution and litigation. The firm represents major clients including household names in matters ranging from High Court claims to industry-specific tribunals and alternative dispute resolution.

Areas of work include:

• Complex commercial and contractual disputes
• Corporate and personal insolvency issues
• Alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration
• Disputes between business partners and shareholders
• Litigation involving property, real estate, and construction matters
• Defamation, privacy, and reputation protection
• Legal disputes arising in the sports industry
• Contentious matters involving wills, trusts, and estates

About You:

We are looking for a solicitor who is:

• Confident, technically proficient, and commercially astute
• A self-starter who can independently manage a varied caseload
• Adept at building strong client relationships and contributing to business development
• Experienced across a broad range of commercial litigation matters
• Fully conversant with the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and comfortable handling complex litigation
• Committed to the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client care
