Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Tonbridge Area
Salary: c.£45,000 – £70,000+ depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
PQE Level: 2 years+ to Senior Associate

The Opportunity

We are working exclusively with a long-established and respected law firm with offices across Kent. As the firm continues to grow, they are looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for a solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE (up to Senior Associate level) who is looking for a broad and high-quality workload, career progression, and a genuinely supportive team environment.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals

• Landlord and tenant work

• Secured lending

• Development projects

You’ll be advising a diverse client base that includes developers, investors, and SMEs, working alongside experienced and approachable colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of commercial property transactions

• Provide clear, commercially-focused advice to clients

• Support senior team members on complex matters

• Contribute to business development and client relationship management

About You

• 2+ years’ PQE in commercial property

• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail

• Clear communicator with a proactive, client-first approach

• Keen to contribute to the growth and success of the team
