• Represent clients detained at police stations providing crucial legal support

• Deliver advocacy at Magistrates' Courts (Crown Court if higher rights held)

• Manage comprehensive caseload including assault, fraud, robbery, RTA, sexual allegations, and youth cases

• Operate sophisticated case management systems effectively

• Provide exceptional client care under high-pressure situations

• Handle tight deadlines whilst maintaining quality standards

• Build strong client relationships through excellent communication

• Work independently whilst contributing to a supportive team environment

 

• Qualified solicitor with minimum 1 PQE in criminal matters

• Duty Solicitor/Criminal Litigation Accreditation preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• Strong advocacy skills and exceptional client communication abilities

• Independent, pragmatic approach with ability to remain calm under stress

• IT literate with systems management capabilities

• Commitment to delivering outstanding client service
