Location: Chelmsford

Our client, a respected law firm in Chelmsford, is looking for a talented litigator to join their highly regarded team. You’ll work on a diverse range of commercial and individual matters, enjoy direct client contact, and benefit from a supportive, ambitious environment.
Your Role: Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

Manage a varied caseload including landlord & tenant, breach of contract, debt recovery, insolvency, and commercial litigation matters

Advise and represent both commercial and private clients

Build strong relationships with clients and referrers
-
Deliver practical, commercially minded legal advice

Collaborate with your team to achieve targets and support business growth
What We’re Looking For: Key Requirements
To excel in this role, you will have:

Ideally 4 years’+ PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive

Recent, relevant UK litigation experience
-
Technical expertise in landlord & tenant, contract disputes, debt recovery, and insolvency
-
Excellent client care, communication, and organisational skills
-
A proactive, ethical, and team-oriented approach
-
A desire for continuous professional development and career advancement
