Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, and refinancing for UK and international clients

  • Deliver commercially astute legal advice to private clients and private banks, maintaining exceptional service standards

  • Work closely with partners and senior lawyers to achieve optimal client solutions and develop your professional profile

  • Engage directly with clients to take instructions, scope and price work, and exceed expectations

  • Drive business development by building your network, attending events, and contributing to team pitches

  • Promote cross-referrals and internal collaboration to maximise opportunities

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience & Qualifications

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx (3–4 years’ PQE)

  • Proven experience in a London-based residential property team

  • Strong technical skills in conveyancing, transaction management, and client care

  • Excellent communication and project management abilities

  • Highly organised and able to prioritise competing demands

  • Team player with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
