Fee Sharing Consultant for Corporate & Commercial Legal Team

Location: Central London (Remote Work Optional)

Compensation: Competitive Fee Sharing Structure (see below)

 

About our Client:

Our client is a prestigious law firm based in the heart of Central London. They are expanding our Corporate & Commercial legal team and are looking for dynamic and motivated Fee Sharing Consultants to join their team. The firm prides itself on providing exceptional legal services with a client-focused approach.

The Opportunity:

The team offer a unique and lucrative fee-sharing arrangement that allows you to maximise your earnings while enjoying the flexibility to work independently. Their fee-sharing structure is designed to reward your contributions and efforts comprehensively.

Fee Sharing Structure:

  • 80% of billed (and paid) time costs for matters you introduce.
  • 70% of billed (and paid) time costs on matters we introduce to you.
  • 10% of billed (and paid) time costs for matters you introduce but do not work on.
  • 20% of billed (and paid) time costs where you supervise a paralegal or other junior staff.

Key Benefits:

  • Immediate Payments: Payments are generally made within a day or two of the client paying us.
  • Non-Exclusive Arrangement: You have the freedom to work anywhere else as you choose, as our arrangement is not exclusive.
  • Equal Treatment: All consultant partners are treated the same, with no special deals or arrangements.

What They Are Looking For:

  • Experienced solicitors with a strong background in corporate and commercial law.
  • Self-motivated individuals who can work independently and manage their own caseloads.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to draft and review a variety of commercial agreements and provide high-quality legal advice.
  • Proven track record in litigation management and dispute resolution.
