Senior Associate – Commercial Property
Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 (dependent on experience)

About the Role
You’ll handle a diverse caseload of complex real estate matters, working with clients across various industries. Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Manage your own caseload of commercial property transactions.
- Oversee and mentor junior solicitors, contributing to their growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support business development initiatives within the team.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- At least 10 years’ PQE in Commercial Property, with expertise in diverse property agreements.
- A proven ability to supervise and delegate tasks effectively.
- Interest or experience in marketing and business development.
- A team-focused mindset with excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ambition to progress to Partnership, or existing Partners seeking a lateral move.
