Private Client Solicitor (4+ PQE)
Salary: £75,000–£105,000 + bonus

Our client is expanding its Private Client offering and is looking for an experienced solicitor who can run matters confidently, advise with empathy and precision, and help develop the team’s profile through excellent service and relationship-building.
The Opportunity
You’ll join a supportive, forward-thinking firm focused on helping clients plan for the future. The role offers a strong mix of core private client work and the opportunity to play a visible part in the continued growth of the department, with clear progression for the right person.
The Work (Wills, Probate, Trusts & Estate Planning)
You will advise on a broad private client caseload including:
- Wills and succession planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Trusts (creation, administration and related advice)
- Estate and inheritance tax planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- General private client advisory work and client relationship management
Requirements (What You’ll Need)
To be considered, you should have:
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
- Minimum 4+ years’ PQE with UK private client experience (private practice or equivalent)
- Strong technical capability across wills, probate, trusts and estate planning
- Confidence managing matters independently, with appropriate supervision where needed
- Exceptional client care and communication skills (private client work is relationship-led)
- A commercially aware mindset and interest in developing new and existing relationships (following helpful, but not essential)
- A genuine desire for career progression and contributing to team growth
