The Role: What You’ll Do

Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory services

Mentor and co-lead a talented team of accountants, supporting their growth and performance

Drive business development, identifying opportunities for firm-wide growth and cross-referrals

Work closely with Directors and Partners to help shape the firm’s future direction

Ensure compliance and exceptional client service across all engagements
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
-
ACA or ACCA qualified (minimum 3+ years’ UK practice experience, PQE)
-
Experience as a Senior Accountant, Manager, Senior Manager, or salaried Associate in practice
-
Proven ability to manage your own workload and support team development
-
Demonstrated ambition for leadership and long-term career progression

Strong IT skills (Office 365, Sage, Xero, QuickBooks)

Expertise with accounts preparation software (preferably IRIS and MyWorkpapers)

Track record of managing mixed client portfolios and driving business development

Previous experience in a client-facing role, including meetings with new prospects
