KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage own caseload of family law matters from instruction to conclusion
• Advise clients on divorce, financial remedies, and Children Act proceedings
• Conduct negotiations and represent clients in court proceedings
• Draft legal documents (court applications, statements, correspondence)
• Build strong client relationships with empathy and professionalism
• Work collaboratively with solicitors, barristers, and paralegals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law developments and procedure

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law
• Strong technical knowledge of family and matrimonial law
• Excellent client care skills with ability to provide empathetic support
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage busy caseload efficiently and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to delivering outstanding client service
