Litigation Solicitor / Senior Associate – London

Salary: £60,000–£80,000+ DOE

Location: Central London (hybrid working available)

Are you an accomplished litigator ready for a new challenge in a leading London firm? Our client is seeking a Litigation Solicitor or Senior Associate to join their highly regarded team, supporting a diverse portfolio and mentoring junior colleagues. The Role: Diverse Litigation, Team Leadership & Strategic Growth

You will play a central role in delivering high-quality litigation services while supporting and developing junior solicitors and paralegals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload across Landlord & Tenant, Family, and Private Client litigation

  • Provide expert legal advice to a broad client base

  • Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and paralegals

  • Contribute to business development and client relationship management

  • Work collaboratively with partners and senior leadership

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Solicitor with current UK practising certificate

  • Minimum 5 years’ PQE in litigation (essential)

  • Proven experience in Landlord & Tenant, Family, and Private Client matters

  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills

  • Excellent client care, negotiation, and communication abilities

  • Ability to manage complex cases independently and as part of a team
