Our client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support their busy disputes team and develop into a future trainee or qualified lawyer.

 

The Role – Litigation Paralegal

Working as part of a collaborative and high-performing team, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court bundles
• Conducting legal research and case analysis
• Managing case files and ensuring compliance with court deadlines
• Liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties
• Supporting fee earners with case preparation and strategy

This role offers excellent exposure to complex and high-value disputes, making it ideal for someone looking to accelerate their legal career.

 

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate:

• Minimum 6–18 months’ experience as a Paralegal within a UK law firm
• Experience in litigation or dispute resolution (essential)
• A Law degree (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification (LPC/SQE preferable)
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and court processes
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• High attention to detail and strong drafting skills
• Confident communication and client-facing ability
• A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in litigation
