Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Corporate Paralegal to support a busy and growing department, offering excellent long-term development within a professional and collaborative environment.

 

The Role – Corporate Paralegal

Working within a fast-paced and collaborative team, you will support fee earners across a broad range of corporate matters, including:

• Assisting on mergers & acquisitions (M&A), restructurings, and investments
• Drafting and reviewing corporate documents, board minutes, and shareholder resolutions
• Conducting legal and company research, due diligence, and document reviews
• Managing data rooms and supporting transaction processes
• Filing documents with Companies House and maintaining statutory registers
• Liaising with clients, external counsel, and third parties
• Supporting wider corporate and commercial advisory work

This role offers valuable exposure to complex and high-value corporate transactions, ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in Corporate Law.

 

What We’re Looking For

To be considered for this opportunity, you should demonstrate:

• Minimum 6–18 months’ experience as a Paralegal within a UK law firm
• Exposure to corporate law or commercial transactions (preferred)
• A Law degree (LLB) or equivalent (LPC/SQE desirable)
• Working knowledge of company law and Companies House filings
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent drafting skills and high attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a professional, client-facing approach
• A genuine ambition to pursue a career in Corporate Law
