This opportunity is perfect for someone with at least two years of UK practice experience who's confident leading audits, developing junior colleagues, and delivering exceptional client service.

Your Responsibilities: 

• Lead comprehensive audits from initial planning through to completion

• Delegate tasks to junior team members with clear guidance and realistic deadlines

• Review audit files ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality standards

• Prepare detailed reports highlighting key audit findings and recommendations

• Coach and mentor junior staff both on-site and in the office environment
