Salary: £38,000-£48,000 DOE

The Role:

Step into a varied private client caseload with immediate client contact and comprehensive support.

You'll develop expertise across:

• Estate Administration – Handle probate and intestacy matters

• Will Drafting & LPAs – Create essential legal documents with precision

• Grant of Representation – Navigate complex application processes

• Inheritance Tax Returns – Manage HMRC compliance and planning

• Court of Protection Work – Handle deputyship applications

 

Your Impact:

• Provide expert guidance on wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning

• Draft critical legal documents with meticulous attention to detail
