Our client, a respected law firm in Leigh-on-Sea, is seeking a driven Employment Solicitor to join their expanding office. You'll play a vital part in delivering strategic advice to a diverse client base and have the autonomy to develop your specialism in a supportive, collaborative setting.

The Opportunity: Your Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Advise a broad range of clients, from individuals to local businesses and SMEs, on all aspects of employment law

  • Deliver practical, commercially focused solutions to complex workplace issues

  • Draft, review, and update employment contracts, staff handbooks, and HR policies

  • Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolution matters

  • Proactively build relationships with new and existing clients and local referrers

  • Contribute to business development and raise the profile of the Employment team in Leigh-on-Sea

What We’re Looking For: Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • At least 2 years’ PQE as a Solicitor with UK Employment Law experience

  • Solid technical knowledge of contracts, policies, dispute resolution, and HR advisory

  • Excellent communication, client care, and organisational skills

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team

  • A genuine interest in growing your career and the firm’s presence in the region
