Our client, a respected law firm in Leigh-on-Sea, is seeking a driven Employment Solicitor to join their expanding office. You'll play a vital part in delivering strategic advice to a diverse client base and have the autonomy to develop your specialism in a supportive, collaborative setting.
The Opportunity: Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

Advise a broad range of clients, from individuals to local businesses and SMEs, on all aspects of employment law

Deliver practical, commercially focused solutions to complex workplace issues

Draft, review, and update employment contracts, staff handbooks, and HR policies
-
Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolution matters
-
Proactively build relationships with new and existing clients and local referrers

Contribute to business development and raise the profile of the Employment team in Leigh-on-Sea
What We’re Looking For: Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will have:

At least 2 years’ PQE as a Solicitor with UK Employment Law experience

Solid technical knowledge of contracts, policies, dispute resolution, and HR advisory

Excellent communication, client care, and organisational skills

The ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team

A genuine interest in growing your career and the firm’s presence in the region
