Senior Associate – Private Wealth Team

Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 (dependent on experience)
Location: Richmond

Are you a skilled Private Client Senior Associate looking to join a thriving, people-focused law firm? Our client, a leading independent law firm, is expanding its Private Wealth Team in Richmond. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior role with high-net-worth clients, leadership responsibilities, and complex private client matters.

The Role:

You will handle a diverse caseload, including:

• Lifetime and succession planning.
• Structuring Wills within estate planning strategies.
• Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Creating, administering, and winding up trusts.
• Estate administration.
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members to develop their legal knowledge and skills.
• Regular client meetings to deliver tailored advice.

About You:

We are seeking an experienced professional who:

• Has 5–7 years’ experience managing private client matters, ideally as a Senior Associate.
• Is STEP qualified (desirable but not essential).
• Demonstrates leadership capabilities or has prior experience mentoring and supervising staff.
• Thrives in a team-oriented environment with a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes.
